By accessing and using AgroERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
AgroERP offers a 2-day free trial for new merchants. Upon the expiration of the trial, continued access to the platform requires an active paid subscription (Pro or Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and OTPs that you use to access the Service. AgroERP cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
You retain all rights to the data you input into AgroERP (e.g., inventory, customer ledgers, sales). We strictly process this data to provide the Service to you. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall AgroERP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
